Setting up your Ashland Home Net email on your iPhone/iPad is quick and easy. In just a few steps, you'll be up and running.

These instructions only apply to email hosted by Ashland Home Net. For other email addresses, please contact the provider for the correct settings.

Step 1

• Click Settings

Step 2

• Scroll Down and click Mail, Contacts, Calendar

Step 3

• Click Add Account

Step 4

• Click Other

Step 5

• Click Add Mail Account

Step 6

• Fill in your name, email address
• The password is the password you gave us when we created the account.

Step 7

• On the next screen.
• Make sure IMAP is selected.

Step 8

• Fill in the information for your incoming server.

The server is going to be your last part of your email address (called the domain) but instead of you email@domain.net or .com it will be mail.domain.net or .com  See the list below for some examples
Note* For @opendoor.com, and custom domains previously hosted by Open Door Networks, the incoming server is mailx.opendoor.com.

• Fill in the information for your outgoing server address.

• The User Name is your email address. 
• The password is the password you gave us when we created the account.
• Click Next

 

Step 10

• Verifying can take some time.

Step 11

• When it asks if you want to connect without SSL click Yes.
