Part of our commitment to serving you better was the deployment of a new website. The site will let you know if a service is down.
You can view Service Status levels.
TV and Internet service status levels can be checked 24 hours a day, just visit the site and look in the right hand column.
Having a problem with a particular channel? Go online and see if anyone else has reported the problem.
All green lights is the best. A yellow light tells you that someone has reported an issue. A red light lets you know that we are down on that particular service or channel and working on restoring service as soon as possible.
You can post your problems online as well. Just fill in the form anytime day or night by clicking on Report A Problem, found in the left side navigation on the homepage. An email will be sent to the engineers asking for help as well as a record kept of the service request.
